What we want to trust you with
- You will be responsible for servicing our systems on site at our customers’ premises and will take on the necessary short-term and regular service assignments in After Sales.
- You will analyze and identify system problems, identify possible solutions and implement them independently in coordination with your colleagues from the relevant departments.
- Your tasks will also include implementing new functions in existing software and independently carrying out system and integration tests.
- Finally, you will pass on your know-how to your colleagues and our customers through training courses and workshops.
What personalities we are looking for
- You have long realized that the future of production lies in automation and have therefore gained several years of professional experience in this field.
- In addition to German and English, you are proficient in Siemens Simatic TIA control systems and have a basic knowledge of mechatronics.
- You also have experience in automation technology, vision technologies and robotics.
- You enjoy traveling and are therefore willing to travel within the regions of Germany, DACH and Benelux.
- Your colleagues appreciate you as a problem solver and team player.
- You are not afraid to “screw around”.
- You are characterized by your analytical thinking and creativity.
