Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the implementation of robotics projects in the life science industry and ensure their correct and compliant execution.
- This includes conducting conceptual workshops, coordinating and performing FATs, SATs, as well as qualifying the systems together with customers.
- You are responsible for ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence within the project process.
- For coordinating interfaces, you work closely with all departments at ESSERT as well as with our suppliers.
- Furthermore, all communication with our customers during a project and their support is in your hands.
- Additionally, you coordinate closely with the commercial management and executive leadership, providing input on your forecasts and controlling data.
Your Profile
- You have an academic background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering and have gained several years of professional experience in project management – ideally in the automation industry.
- Therefore, you possess good knowledge of the complete automation value chain.
- It is an advantage – but not a requirement – if you are already familiar with processes in the life science industry.
- Your German and English are fluent and business-level.
- You lead by example and are an absolute team player: You demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility, approach challenges analytically, and always incorporate strategic considerations into decisions.
- Because you are “the face to the customers,” you are characterized by strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and reliability.
