The combination of standardized software/hardware components and intelligent conveyor technology enables individual processes to be divided into several autonomous process modules. Module: Component feed

Feed your add-on parts made of plastic, metal or other markable materials as bulk material or as set goods. These are fed fully automatically into the process chain and made available to the next module.

Module: Laser marking

Your components are marked with your specific information in an integrated laser cell. Integrated camera systems permanently monitor the component position as well as the quality of the marking.

Module: Manual workstation

Quickly and conveniently integrate manual processes where they are needed. For example, for manual inspections or for further processing steps.

Module: Finished part discharge

Your finished parts can be placed in boxes as good/bad parts bulk material, sorted into trays and via a tray stacker or made available for further processing (for example: packaging)
